Get ready for one of the most exciting days of the year — Photo Day!
Happening on Sunday 16th November 2025, this is more than just picture day — it’s a full studio celebration filled with fun, friendship, and memories to last a lifetime. It’s a chance for our dancers to shine in their costumes and celebrate all the hard work leading up to concert season.

Costumes will be handed out in week 5 of term 4 prior to photo day. You'll receive details on:

What to wear and bring for each routine
Hairstyle requirements
Accessories or extras provided by parents

If your child doesn’t want to wear makeup, especially for our junior performers, that’s completely okay — we want everyone to feel happy and comfortable. Some of our experienced dance mums will be at the studio offering help with hair and makeup — just bring your own supplies and arrive earlier on the day!

🚗 Parking

Please drive slowly and safely — we’ll have lots of little feet walking between studios and cars.You may use the entire carpark in the unit block on the day, along with the next driveway after the studio.

📷 What’s Included in Your Concert Package

Each student receives:
✔️ A group photo for each of their class routines
✔️ A full Junior or Senior group photo
✔️ All on-stage concert performance photos (emailed and free to download)

These are professionally taken and included as part of your concert registration.

🖼 Optional Individual Photos

In addition to group photos, dancers will also take individual portraits in costume against multiple backdrops.

These photos will be:

Taken on the same day
Uploaded to a secure online gallery
Available for optional purchase (no obligation)

The online gallery will be provided by Ksea Photography after photo day!
