Our final curtain call of the year — the Senior Concert — is an unforgettable celebration of our students’ hard work, dedication, and growth across 2025. It’s the perfect way to wrap up the year with confidence, pride, and a whole lot of energy!

All students in Bronze Star Ballet / 8&U/ Intermediate and above.

✨ Morning Rehearsal (Attendance Mandatory)

This year, we’re introducing a full run-through rehearsal at the theatre on the morning of concert day. This replaces our traditional stage rehearsal and will give students more confidence, practice, and polish before the evening show.

Arrival Time: 10:00am sharp please do not be late.
Rehearsal Finish Time: Approximately 2:00–2:30pm
Return to Theatre: 4:00pm (all performers & Daddy Daughter dancers)

Important Notes:

No costumes or makeup needed for the rehearsal however some students may choose to have hair/makeup done early so they do not need to worry about it in the afternoon.
Students are welcome to bring in their costumes at this time and set up their backstage area ready for the evening showtime.
A small number of routines will require a 9:00am start — this will be confirmed closer to the date
Rehearsal is closed to families — no audience, no early exits

💡 Students should bring:

Healthy snacks and a water bottle
Optional money for food/snacks, which will be available for purchase at the theatre
A book, activity, or something quiet to pass downtime

You can rest assured — our full team of teachers and volunteers will be supervising throughout, with emergency contacts on hand if needed.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Final Prep & Showtime

All students must return at 4:00pm, ready for the performance.

Hair and makeup should be complete
Costumes are to be put on backstage only
One parent per child may enter dressing rooms to assist with first costume and settle-in
Students 12&U and above must walk backstage independently

💃 Daddy Daughter Dance

All students and Dads involved in the Daddy Daughter Dance are required on stage at 4:00pm for a final rehearsal before the show.

👗 Costume Return

After the show, students will take their costumes home and return them to the studio the following week:

🗓 Costume Drop-Off Hours
Monday 14th – Wednesday 16th December
Between 3:00–6:00pm at both studio locations.

Staff will be on hand to check off each return. This new system helps us keep track of costume quality and inventory and allows us to continue providing this affordable and stress-free option for years to come.

🎄 Last Day of Dance

Concert Day (Sunday 13th December) is our final day of classes for the year.
We’ll see you back in the studio in 2027 after a well-earned break!
